血清心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ检测在小儿肺炎临床诊断中的应用

目的探讨血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)在小儿肺炎诊断和治疗中的作用。方法采用免疫增强比浊法测定142例小儿肺炎患者(其中重症肺炎85例,非重症肺炎57例)及108例正常儿童(对照)血清cTnI含量,并进行比较分析。结果重症肺炎组cTnI含量显著高于非重症肺炎组、正常儿童组。结论血清cTnI对小儿重症肺炎以及由此引起的心肌损害诊断有较高的特异性、敏感性,值得临床推广。

Determination of Cardiac Treponin I Content in Clinical Diagnosis of Children Pneumonia

Objective To explore the clinical evaluation of serum cardiac troponin I(cTnI)in the diagnosis and treatment of children pneumonia.Methods The serum cTnI levels were measured with enhanced immune turbidimetric method in 142 children pneumonia patients(including 85 cases of severe pneumonia and 57 cases of common pneumonia),and 108 healthy controls.The detection results were compared and analyzed.Result Serum level of cTnI in the severe pneumonia group was significantly higher than those in the common pneumonia group and the control group.Conclusions The method of cTnI detection,with high specificity and sensitivity,may be helpful in the diagnosis of children severe pneumonia and myocardium damage.
