42例异位妊娠误诊病例分析

分析42例异位妊娠误诊病例,占同期异位妊娠的9.3%。其中,将异位妊娠误诊为其它疾病的共28例(6.2%);将其它疾病误诊为异位妊娠的共14例(3.1%)。36例经剖腹手术后才确诊;6例非手术治疗,经两次以上住院才确诊。并对误诊原因进行了详细分析,探讨了预防措施。

The Analysis of 42 Misdiagnosed Cases with Ectopic Pregnancy

This article analyses the cause of misdiagnosis in 42 cases of ectopi- c pregnancy.These cases accounted for 9.3% of the total cases which were misdiagnosed in dealing with ectopic pregnancy.Among the 42 case- s,28(6.2%)cases with ectopic pregnancy were mistaken for other dise- ases while the other14(3.1%)cases with other kinds of disease were misdiagnosed for ectopic pregnancy.Correct diagnosis was made on 36 cases by laparotomy exploration;the other 6 cases receiving che- motherapy were diagnosed correctly after more than two times of hos- pitalizations.The causes of misdignosis and the ways of prevention are discussed.
