普米克令舒联合博利康尼治疗成人哮喘急性发作的疗效观察

目的:观察普米克令舒联合博利康尼雾化治疗成人哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效与安全性。方法:将66例哮喘随机分为两组,普米克令舒联合博利康尼雾化治疗组,及对照组,两组基础药物相同。对两组的动脉血气、哮喘缓解时间、激素用量、机械通气使用率、后期疗效及副作用等进行评价。结果:治疗组于治疗后1d、3d动脉血气分析指标,主要临床表现缓解时间、激素用量、机械通气使用率、后期临床控制+显效率明显优于对照组(P<0·01)。治疗组中哮喘缓解时间与病程有关(P<0·01)。治疗组无1例出现副作用。结论:普米克令舒联合博利康尼雾化能明显改善哮喘症状,降低全身糖皮质激素用量,减少机械通气使用率,无明显不良反应。

OBSERVATION ABOUT EFFECT OF PULMICORT REPULES PLUS TERBUTALINE INHALATION ON ACUTE EXACERBATION OF ADULT ASTHMA

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pulmicort repules plus terbutaline inhalation on acute exacerbation of adult asthma and its reliability.Methods:Sixty-six patients with asthma wrere randomly divided into two groups: pulmicort repules plus terbutaline inhalation treatment group including thirty-five cases and control group including thirty-one cases.The basic drugs in two groups were the same.Arterial blood gas,alleviation time of asthma,quantity of hormone,frequence of mechanical ventilation,effect in later period,side effects and so on were evaluated.Results:In treatment group ,at the first and third day after treatment the index of arterial blood gas,alleviation time of main clinical situation,quantity of hormone,frequence of mechanical ventilation and clinical control plus efficient rate were significantly superior to the control group(P<0.01).Alleviation time of asthma in treatment group was associated with course(P<0.01),and there was no side effect presented in this group.Conclusions:Pulmicort repules plus terbutaline inhalation can obviously improve symptoms of asthma,decrease use of glucocorticoid intravenously,reduce frequence of mechanical ventilation and have no obvious side effect.
