| 摘 要： | 基于临床研究实践并结合有关研究成果,从正虚为本、痰瘀结积为疾病进展的主要因素等方面论述正虚积损为慢性阻塞性肺疾病的主要病机,其主要含义是:正虚是指肺脾肾虚损而以肺虚为始、以肾虚为基,以气虚为本、时或及阴阳;积损是指痰瘀及其互结成积、胶痼积蓄难除并日益损伤正气,正气逐渐虚损而积损难复。为临床应用扶正祛积(化痰活血)为主要治疗策略提供了理论依据。
