| 摘 要： | 目的:对复方贞术调脂胶囊(FTZC)进行血清药物化学研究。方法:利用HPLC建立FTZC给药后大鼠血清指纹图谱,通过比较FTZC原药、给药血清及空白血清的HPLC图谱,结合色谱峰的保留时间和紫外光谱分析,确认灌胃FTZC后大鼠血中移行成分及其代谢产物,并通过对照品对部分原型成分进行鉴定。结果:FTZC给药后血清中发现有28个药源性成分,其中10个为原型成分,18个为代谢产物。结论:28个血中药源性成分可能是FTZC的体内直接作用物质。

| Abstract: | Objective: To have a serum pharmacochemistry study on Fufang Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Capsule (FTZC). Methods: HPLC fingerprints of FTZC and serum of rats after oral administration of the capsule were established with serum pharmacochemistry method.
