| 摘 要： | 目的:观察采用中医药从络病论治偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:100例偏头痛患者,随机分为两组,治疗组50例应用通心络胶囊,对照组50例应用盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.0%,对照组总有效率为68.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医药从络病论治偏头痛可以明显改善患者的症状,其疗效明显优于盐酸氟桂嗪。
