| 摘 要： | 目的:建立青鹏膏剂中2,,4,-二羟基查尔酮、大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定青鹏膏剂中镰形棘豆的黄酮类成分2,,4,-二羟基查尔酮的含量及亚大黄的有效成分大黄素和大黄酚的总量。结果:此方法2,,4,-二羟基查尔酮线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.67%,RSD=2.02%(n=6)。大黄素线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.76%,RSD=2.93%(n=6)。大黄酚线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.96%,RSD=3.36%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、稳定;能有效地控制该制剂的质量。
