| 摘 要： | 目的:通过观察两种UC模型肠组织病理形态学变化,为选择更符合人类UC特点的动物模型提供理论依据,同时观察两种UC模型肺组织病理形态学、肺功能和免疫功能的改变以初步探讨"肺与大肠相表里"理论。方法:用结肠黏膜组织致敏方法(模型1)和结肠黏膜组织致敏加三硝基苯磺酸-50%乙醇灌肠方法(模型2)制作两种溃疡性结肠炎模型,7d后检测各组大鼠肺功能状况,观察肺、肠组织病理形态学改变,双抗体夹心ELISA法检测肺肠组织中sIgA的变化。结果:造模7d后,两组模型肺肠组织病理均表现出异常;肺功能检测显示模型1与正常组比较,FVC明显增高(P<0.05),FEV0.2/FVC明显降低(P<0.05);模型2与正常组比较MVV明显降低(P<0.05)。两组模型大鼠的肺组织、肠组织sIgA表达均较正常组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:两种造模方法均能成功复制UC大鼠模型,均能表现出肠病及肺。
