| 摘 要： | 目的:以解毒化瘀法立意,选取解毒化瘀中药复方,拟通过体外细胞培养证实其是否存在抗白血病细胞及多药耐药白血病细胞的作用。方法:采用MTT比色法,选择白血病细胞K562、HL-60及阿霉素诱导的白血病多药耐药细胞株K562/A、HL-60/A为靶细胞,观察不同浓度解毒化瘀含药兔血清对其细胞毒作用。结果:解毒化瘀含药兔血清对K562、HL-60及K562/A、HL-60/A均有明显的抑制作用,且对其细胞毒作用呈剂量依赖性。结论:解毒化瘀中药在抑制白血病细胞生长及白血病多药耐药细胞生长方面具有深入研究的价值。
