众生丸体内抗H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的研究

摘    要:目的:研究众生丸对滴鼻感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的小鼠的治疗作用。方法:以利巴韦林及达菲为阳性对照,通过小鼠滴鼻感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒,分别建立小鼠禽流感病毒性肺炎动物模型和禽流感病毒感染致小鼠死亡的动物模型,观察小鼠肺部病变和死亡情况,评价众生丸对感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒小鼠的治疗效果。结果:众生丸高中低剂量均可显著降低禽流感病毒性肺炎小鼠的肺指数(P<0.05,P<0.01),能减少感染小鼠的死亡数,延长平均存活时间,但与病毒对照组比较无统计学差异。结论:众生丸对滴鼻感染禽流感病毒H9N2亚型的小鼠有一定的治疗作用。
