| 摘 要： | 目的:评价慢性心力衰竭中医临床路径的实施效果。方法:通过非同期队列研究,评价实施临床路径之前后的慢性心力衰竭患者的住院时间、住院费用、住院并发症、半年内再住院率、住院病死率及1年内病死率等情况。结果:本研究路径组188例,传统组238例,路径组严重变异事件41例,共467例。平均住院时间由(15.26±9.837)d下降到(12.87±5.086)d(P=0.003)。平均住院总费用有下降的趋势,由10 735.67元下降到9 104.13元(P=0.193),住院总体并发症发生率无明显差异,半年内再住院率、住院病死率、1年内病死率有下降的趋势。结论:实行了临床路径之后,患者平均住院时间及住院费用均有下降。
