| 摘 要： | 局灶性阶段性肾性肾小球硬化症是慢性肾小球疾病的常见病理类型之一,临床上以蛋白尿或肾病综合征为主要表现,易出现慢性进展性肾功能损害,终至慢性肾衰竭。西医治疗一般应用激素或激素联合免疫抑制剂,但疗效不理想,且副作用较大,中医药在本病的治疗上有着特殊的优势,配合中药治疗可以明显提高疗效、并可以减轻西药的副作用。赵玉庸教授治疗本病,从络病入手,以"肾络瘀阻"为病机,以化瘀涤痰、搜剔通络为治法,以虫类药为主组方,并根据患者体质、病程、临床表现辨证论治局灶性阶段性肾小球硬化症,取得较为理想的效果。
