| 摘 要： | 目的:观察祛浊通痹方对高尿酸模型大鼠血尿酸及黄嘌呤氧化酶(xanthine oxidase,XOD)的影响,阐释祛浊通痹方治疗痛风改善尿酸代谢的作用机制。方法:通过喂养高钙饲料和腺嘌呤混悬液,制作大鼠痛风高尿酸血症模型,然后分为别嘌醇组(造模后灌胃别嘌醇)、中药组(造模后灌胃祛浊通痹方)、模型组(造模后不用药),另取正常大鼠为空白组(不造模不用药),分别于用药前及14d后取血检测各组血尿酸、黄嘌呤氧化酶水平。结果:痛风高尿酸血症模型大鼠血尿酸水平显著高于空白组(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,别嘌醇组、中药组血尿酸及XOD均明显下降(P<0.01)。治疗后各组间比较,模型组血尿酸及XOD高于别嘌醇组及中药组(P<0.01);别嘌醇组的XOD低于中药组(P<0.01)。结论:喂养高钙饲料和腺嘌呤混悬液能成功制作大鼠痛风高尿酸血症模型,祛浊通痹方能显著降低尿酸和抑制XOD的活性。
