| 摘 要： | 目的:研究长圆针解结法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效,并与毫针针刺经穴法和关节腔注射透明质酸钠法比较,评价长圆针解结法治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效,探讨治疗膝骨性关节炎的最佳方法。方法:采用多中心、随机、单盲原则将膝骨关节炎患者分为长圆针组、毫针组、透明质酸钠组,共300例患者,连续治疗4周,随访2个月。分别于治疗前后采用膝关节功能评分(JOA)和疼痛VAS评分比较,观察比较各疗法的临床疗效并进行统计学分析。结果:长圆针解结法组治愈93例,好转5例,无效2例;毫针针刺经穴法组治愈60例,好转32例,无效8例;透明质酸钠组治愈65例,好转25例,无效10例。结论:长圆针解结法治疗膝骨关节炎疼痛效果较好,是治疗本病的一种简便易行、经济实用的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。
