| 摘 要： | 文章从金匮肾气丸与济生肾气丸的处方来源、组成、功能主治等方面,分析了二者的联系与区别。传统金匮肾气丸重在补肾助阳;济生肾气丸因在金匮肾气丸的基础上增加了牛膝、车前子,以加强利水消肿的作用。但《卫生部药品标准中成药制剂第20册》的金匮肾气丸也含有牛膝、车前子,不但与原方不符,却与《中国药典》济生肾气丸处方及功能主治基本相同,形成同方异名,为避免混淆,建议成方金匮肾气丸改名为济生肾气丸。
