新疆天山乌头草的急性毒性试验研究

摘    要:目的:弄清新鲜乌头草对小鼠的急性毒性。方法:野外采集新鲜乌头草,立即粉碎榨汁,得到新鲜乌头草汁,小鼠灌胃给药,测定新鲜乌头草的半致死量LD50,观察小鼠所出现的毒性反应,并测定小鼠血清的生化指标和心脏的氧化还原指标的变化。结果:以新鲜乌头草量计,乌头草对小鼠的LD50是7.550g/kg;乌头草高剂量组小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素(Urea)、尿酸(Uric Acid)、肌酸激酶(CK)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)与对照组相比均有显著性升高;与对照组相比,心脏组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著降低,以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力显著降低。结论:新鲜乌头草有很大的急性毒性,主要毒性靶器官是心脏组织。
