红参超微饮片的指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:采用HPLC法对不同来源的红参超微饮片进行指纹图谱研究,为红参超微饮片质量控制提供依据。方法:色谱柱:Inertsil WondaSil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)键合硅胶色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(梯度洗脱);流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:203nm;柱温:35℃。结果:以11个共有峰为评价指标,精密度和重复性实验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于2%,10批样品相似度>0.9。结论:此方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,有助于红参超微饮片的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: The fingerprint chromatograms were established for quality evaluation of ultramicro Panax Ginseng rubra from different sources by HPLC.Methods: The analysis was performed on a Inertsil WondaSil C18 column(4.6mm×200mm,5μm) with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min,and at a column temperature of 35℃.The detection of wavelength was at 203nm.Results: 11 peaks were selected as the common fingerprint peaks.The relative standard deviations for relative retention values and relative peak areas were less than 2% in the precision and repeated test.The similarity of 10 batches of samples was no less 0.9.Conclusion: The method was reliable and can be helpful on the quality control of ultramicro Panax Ginseng rubra
