小鱼仙草微量元素含量的主成分和聚类分析

摘    要:目的:研究不同产地小鱼仙草微量元素的含量及分布特征。方法:采用ICP-OES法测定不同产地小鱼仙草中各微量元素的含量,并采用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对测定结果进行特征分析。结果:经主成分分析得4个主因子,其累计方差贡献率达95.03%。第一主因子的方差贡献率为41.19%,故确定其所对应的Mn、Cu、Zn和Tl是小鱼仙草所含的特征元素。聚类分析将6个样品,基本按地域性聚为2组。结论:不同产地小鱼仙草的微量元素呈明显的选择性累积和地域特征。

Abstract:Objective: To study the contents and distribution of trace elements in Mosla dianthera Maxim.gathered from six habitats in Zhejiang.Methods: The trace elements of samples were determined by ICP-OES.The principal components analysis and cluster analysis using SPSS 13.0 software were applied to evaluate characteristic elements.Results: The results showed that Mn,Cu,Zn,and Tl were the characteristic elements in Mosla dianthera Maxim..It also showed that the samples could be clustered reasonably into two groups...
