| 摘 要： | 目的:观察竹叶石膏汤加味治疗骨肉瘤大剂量化疗后潮热汗出症状的临床疗效。方法:48例大剂量化疗后出现潮热汗出症状的骨肉瘤患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服加味竹叶石膏汤煎剂,对照组口服贞芪扶正胶囊、复合维生素B常规剂量治疗,观察患者潮热汗出症状及生活质量的改善情况。结果:治疗组和对照组潮热汗出症状的有效率分别为88%和43%(P<0.05),生活质量改善率分别为80%和30%(P<0.05)。结论:竹叶石膏汤加味可以有效改善骨肉瘤患者大剂量化疗后潮热汗出症状,提高患者的生活质量。
