| 摘 要： | 目的分离鉴定景洪哥纳香化学成分。方法用乙醇提取、硅胶柱层析分离，通过IR，NMR及MS光谱分析法确定结构。结果分得5个化合物，分别鉴定为8-羟基-7-苯基-2，6-二氧双环［3，3，1］壬烷-3-酮(Ⅰ)、10-氨基-4-羧基-3，8-二甲氧基菲-1-羧酸内酰胺(Ⅱ)、10-氨基4，8-二羟基-3-甲氧基菲-1-羧酸内酰胺(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)和β-胡萝卜苷（Ⅴ)。结论分得的5个化合物均为首次从该植物中发现，化合物Ⅲ为新化合物。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To islate and elucidate the constituents of Goniothalamus cheliensis.METHODS The compounds were extracted by 95% alcohol and isolated by chromatography on silica gel.Their structures were determined by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS spectra respectively.RESULTS Five compounds were elucidated as 8-hydroxy-7-phenyl-2,6-dioxybicyclo［3,3,1］nonan-3-one,10-amino 3,8-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenanthrene-1-carboxylic acid lactam,10-amino-4,8-dihydroxy-3 methoxyphenanthrene-1-carboxylic acid lactam,β-sitosterol and β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D glucopyranoside. CONCLUSION All compounds were separated from the bark of Goniothalamus cheliensis Hu.for the first time.Among them,Ⅲ is a new compound. |
