| 摘 要： | 检测了91例慢性肾炎、74例肾衰患者听力,开动态观察了9例慢性肾炎(肾病型)和15例肾表患者的听力。两组耳聋发生率分别为76%和93.5%。肾衰患者听力损伤程度与肾功能指标密切相关(RR=0.8918),慢性肾炎(肾病型)患者的听力损伤程度与血清白蛋白密切相关(RR=0.9665)。遗传性肾炎患者和后天性肾炎、肾衰患者均伴有听力障碍,肾衰患者的听力随肾功能的改善或恶化而改变,故听力动态检测可作为肾衰患者肾功能状态和慢性肾炎患者低白蛋白血症程度的灵敏指标。

| Abstract: | In the present paper,hearing examintions were given to 91
cases of chronic nephritis and 74 cases of renal failures.Meanwhile,50
cases of healthy people were selected to carry out the control study.A dyna-
mic observation was made of 9 cases of patients with chronic nephritis and
15 Patients suffering from renal failures.The result is that the incidence of
deafness in the chronic nephritis group and the renal failure group is re-
spectively 76%(61/91)and 93.5%(72/77).It is found that the hearing
damage of the renal failure patients is not only reversible,but also aggra-
vated.The hearing is closely related to the pertinent indexes of the renal
function(RR=0.8918).The hearing of the Patients with chronic nephritis
has much to do with serum albumin(RR=0.9665).In this paper,we have
made an initial study of the cause of deafness and its clinical significance. |
