| 摘 要： | 目的：观察清养透解法为主综合治疗系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的生存质量变化情况。方法：将118例阴虚质SLE患者随机分为2组。治疗组给予清养透解法为主综合治疗方案，对照组给予西医常规治疗方案。治疗3疗程，治疗前后分别用SF-36和中医证候量表同时评价2组生存质量。结果：2组治疗前在各个维度得分基本一致，2组治疗后得分均高于治疗前；SF-36量表评分治疗组在躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、精神健康、健康变化等方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）；用中医证候量表评价治疗后治疗组在饮食、大便、小便、体质、情绪等方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：运用清养透解法为主综合治疗方案有助于提高SLE患者的生存质量。
