主动脉瘤和主动脉夹层的16层CT检查评价

目的用16层CT检查评价主动脉瘤和主动脉夹层。方法用16层CT对7例主动脉瘤和6例主动脉夹层行CT平扫和CT血管造影检查，并行MIP和VR重建。结果16层CT检查能准确显示主动脉瘤和主动脉夹层的范围、主动脉壁情况、腔内血栓和主动脉周围结构．能显示主动脉夹层的内膜片、真假腔和主动脉分支起始部位及状态。结论16层CT是目前诊断主动脉瘤和主动脉夹层最合适的成像手段。

16-slice CT evaluation of aortic aneurysm and dissection

Objective To evaluate aortic aneurysm and dissection by 16-slice CT.Methods Plain CT scan and CT angiography were performed on 7 patients with aortic aneurysms and 6 patients with aortic dissection. Their original images reconstructed by maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR).Results 16-slice CT could show the true information about the exact extent, the aortic wall, luminal thrombus and structures around the aorta of aortic aneurysms and dissection. The intimal flap, true and false lumina, the site and status of origin of aortic branches of aortic dissection could be reliably shown on 16-slice CT.Conclusions 16-slice CT is the best suited imaging modality for evaluation of aortic aneurysm and dissection at present.
