| 摘 要： | 对４１例阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症，３３例再障和１６例阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿─再障综合征等２４５例各种贫血患者，进行蛇毒因子溶血试验，并与糖水及Ｈａｍｓ试验进行比较，认为蛇毒因子溶血试验敏感性及特异性都较好，可作为诊断阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症的一个较好方法。

| Abstract: | Paroxymal nocturnal hemogolobinuria(PNH)is one of the most common hemolytic anemia. The cause of hemolysis is due to the red cell membrane defect which renders it mort susceptible to the lytic action of the complement.Cobra Venom Factor(CoF)hemolysis test,Sucrose test and Ham's test were peformed in 243 normal persons and 245 cases of PNH,AA,PNH-AA,Thalassemia and other types of anemia. The results showed that the CoF test is more sensitive and specificity than the Ham's test and the Sucrose test.The CoF test is easy to do and less expensive. It is a useful test in the diagnosis of PNH,especially,when the Ham's test is negative. |
