磁共振冠状动脉成像技术临床应用分析

目的评价导航技术三维对比剂增强磁共振冠状动脉成像对冠心病患者诊断的临床应用价值。方法应用导航技术三维对比剂增强磁共振冠状动脉成像方法对45例受检者分别进行左、右冠状动脉成像后经处理获得左、右冠状动脉血管图像,根据图像进行冠状动脉主干评价与临床症状,ECG、DCG、UCG、DSA等检查结果相比较判断冠脉MR对冠心病诊断的价值。结果45例受检者冠脉MR图像中阳性18例、阴性27例;临床拟诊冠心病患者27例中ECG、DCC提示冠心病15例,冠脉MR图像中阳性18例;其中5例拟诊冠心病患者在冠脉MR2周内行常规冠状动脉造影(DSA)检查其结果2例阴性、3例阳性,与冠脉MR检查结果相符。结论冠脉MR可作为冠心病无创性检查的一种手段,由于图像显示右冠状主干、左主干、左前降支及左回旋支近中段图像清楚,而远段图像欠佳尚不能代替常规冠状动脉造影检查方法,可作为冠心病辅助检查。

The Value of Contrast Enhanced MR Coronary Angiography

Objective To evaluate the value of real-time navigator three-dimensional contrast enhanced MR coronary angiography. Methods Application real-time navigator three-dimensional contrast enhanced MR coronary angiography was performed in forty-five cases,the major coronary arteries were acquired after post-processing. And observe the demonstration of the major coronary arteries and branches preventive clinical symptom,ECG, DCG, UCG, DSA examination result comparison judge the value of coronary artery MR diagnosis coronary heart disease.Results Forty-five cases coronary artery MR picture male is 18 cases,negative is 27 cases.27 cases clinical quasi-diagiose coronary heart disease ECG, DCG cue coronary heart disease 15 cases,MR picture male is 18 cases.5 ca,;es quasi-diagnose coronary heart disease routine DSA examination,2 cases negative 5 cases male preventive coroaary artery MR to match.Conclusion MR coronary angiography conduct and actions coronary. heart diseaseno- wound examination method. Because of the picture displays coronary artery master shaf picture phanero but apo-portion picture below the mark, so it cannot replace routine DSA,it is a coronary heart disease assist examination.
