选择性输卵管造影和再通术20例临床应用

目的:探讨选择性输卵管造影术(SSG)及再通术(FTR)的诊断及治疗效果.方法: 2002年 6月～ 2003年 12月对 20 例经子宫输卵管造影术(HSG)诊断的输卵管阻塞不孕症患者行 SSG及 FTR诊治.结果:经过 SSG及 FTR后且随访 半年. 20例中妊娠 7例,妊娠率 35%,均属自然妊娠.双侧阻塞组 13例中有 4例妊娠,占 30.8%;单侧阻塞组 7例 中有 3例妊娠,占 42.9%.即单侧阻塞组妊娠率高,与双侧阻塞组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论: SSG与 FTR因操作简便,疗效确实,适于临床应用.

Clinical application of selective salpingography and fallopian tube recanalization

Objective To explore the value of diagnosis and treatment of selective salpingography(SSG)and fallopian tube recanalization(FTR). Methods 20 cases of obstruction were diagnosed by hysterosalpingography (HSG),SSG and FTR were performed from June 2002 to December 2003. Results After SSG and FTR,7 of 20 patients who were followed up for half year got pregnancy without contraception. The rate of pregnancy was 35%. All cases got pregnancy naturely,4(30.8%)in the 13 bilateral fallpian tube obstruction and 3(42.9%)in the 7 unilateral fallopian tube obstruction got pregnancy. The pregnancy rate in the unilateral obstruction cases was significantly higher than that in bilateral obstrnction cases(P<0.01). Conclusion The operation of SSG and FTR are simple with definite value,so they are suitable for clinical application.
