| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心肌挫伤后左心室功能的变化规律。方法：采用兔钝性胸部创伤模型，致成中度至重庹 肌挫伤，分别在伤前、伤后３０ｍｉｎ、１、２、４、６、８ｈ和２４ｈ采用ＳＰＥＣＴ检查左心室功能。结果：心肌挫伤后，左心室功能障碍主要表现为舒张功能障碍，而对收缩功能的影响较小。结论：心肌挫伤后利用ＳＰＥＣＴ检查左心室功能对诊断是有益的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the rule ofchanges in the left ventricular function after traumatic cardiac contusion. Methods: The left ventricular function was investigated w ith single photon-em ission com puted tom ography (SPECT) in rabbits before and atthe 30th m in, 1sth, 2nd h, 4th h, 6th h, 8th h and 24th h afterthey wereinflicted with m oderate to severetraum aticcardiac contusion. Results: Afterthe contusion, the left ventricular function presented as diastolic dysfunction and slight systolic dysfunction. Conclusion: SPECTisbeneficialfordiagnosis oftraum atic cardiaccontusion. |
