医疗器械清洗方法效果探讨

目的:探讨正确的医疗器械清洗方法。方法:将不同用途的重复使用医疗器械随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统单纯清洗法,实验组采用综合清洗法。结果:对实验组清洗后的器械用目测和带灯放大镜检查、血红蛋白检测显示,器械清洗合格率高。结论:对重复使用的医疗器械采用单纯的手工清洗、单纯的超声波清洗、单纯的清洗机清洗均不能使器械达到100%清洁,而只有根据器械的不同用途采用分类、综合的清洗方法才能提高器械的清洗质量。

How to clean the medical instruments for different purposes

Objective：To make the repeatedly used medical instruments cleaned thoroughly,ensuring the success of disinfecting and killing bacteria.Methods：Randomly separate those repeatedly used medical instruments into two groups-comparison group and study group.Simple cleaning method is supposed to be used in comparison group and comprehensive cleaning method used in study group.Results：Every time after the instruments which have been cleaned and dried are tested by eye-measurement,by magnifying glass with light or by hemoglobin,their appearance,joints and teeth on them will be bright and clean,without bloodstain,filth,incrustation and rust spots.Conclusions：Simply cleaned by hand,by supersonic or by washing machine,the repeatedly used medical instruments cannot get absolute purity.Only using the classified,separated and comprehensive cleaning methods according to the instruments which are used for different purposes can the instruments＇ cleaning quality be improved.
