| 摘 要： | 目的 总结长期气管切开患者的护理措施及体会.方法 对46例长期气管切开患者的护理措施进行回顾性分析.结果 除3例因高龄、多脏器功能衰竭死亡外,无1例因为护理不当出现并发症.结论 对行长期气管切开患者进行有效的气道管理和严格内套管的消毒,可减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing experience of long-term tracheotomy patients.Methods Forty-six cases of nursing measures of long-term tracheotomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results No complications occurred in these cases because of improper nursing except that 3 patients died of MOF.Conclusion The effective airway care and strict inner tubes disinfection to long-term tracheotomy patients could decrease complications and facilitate recovery of the patients. |
