非特异性颈部疼痛治疗效果的观察

目的观察局部痛点注射和口服非甾体类药物的治疗效果及对颈部机能状态的影响。方法选择60例非特异颈部疼痛的患者,随机分为2组,Ⅰ组采用得宝松触痛点局部注射治疗,Ⅱ组给予口服非甾体类药物治疗。每组30例,观察2组治疗后第1个月、第3个月的VAS、NDI的评分。结果Ⅰ组第1个月VAS、NDI的评分均高于Ⅱ组;而第3个月的评分2组无显著性差异。结论局部痛点注射短期内镇痛及颈部机能状态的恢复优于口服药物;3个月以上2组无显著性差异;但与治疗前均有显著性差异。

Study on the treatment effects of non-specific neck pains

Objective To study the therapeutic results and the recovery of cervical function status by local pain point injection and oral administration with NSAIDs(Non - Steroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs).Methods Sixty patients with non - specific neck pain were randomly divided into tow groups(30 patients each).Diprospan was injected through local pain point in GroupⅠ, and NSAIDs were administrated orally in GroupⅡ.VAS(visual analogue scales) and NDI(Neck Disability Index)scores were recorded in the first month and the third month after the treatment. Results After one month,both VAS scores and NDI scores in GroupⅠwere higher than those in GroupⅡ(P<0.05).However,the difference had no great significance after three months of therapy. Conclusion Injection of local pain point is better than administration of oral drugs on the effect of analgesia and the recovery of cervical function status in the short term.After three months, there is no significant difference between two groups.But marked differences were found before and after the treatment(P<0.05).
