心理干预在慢性前列腺炎伴性功能障碍治疗中的作用

目的:评价心理干预在慢性前列腺炎伴性功能障碍患者治疗中的作用。方法:对78例慢性前列腺炎伴性功能障碍患者分为A组(36例)和B组(36例),A组单纯给予药物治疗,B组同时给予药物治疗和心理干预。采用SPSS10.0软件包,对组内与组间各项指标评分的均值做t检验,进行比较分析。结果:A组治疗前后CPSI评分分别为13.98±3.63和12.13±2.56,IIEF-5问卷调查治疗前后分别为9.26±3.42和14.47±3.75。B组治疗前后CPSI评分分别为13.57±3.79和12.79±2.87,IIEF-5问卷调查治疗前、后分别为8.64±3.43和19.76±3.48。A、B两组治疗前后CPSI和IIEF-5评分自身对照统计学显示,各组CPSI和IIEF-5治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗后A、B两组的CPSI结果比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而B组IIEF-5改善情况明显好于A组(P<0.01)。结论:慢性前列腺炎患者伴性功能障碍多为功能性,药物治疗可改善其症状,同时接受心理干预,其改善明显好于单纯的药物治疗。说明在慢性前列腺炎患者伴性功能障碍患者的治疗过程中,心理干预是不可缺少的重要环节。

Psychological intervention for chronic prostatitis complicated by sexual dysfunction

Objectives： To evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on chronic prostatitis complicated by sexual dysfunction.Methods： Seventy-eight cases of chronic prostatitis patients were divided into Group A（36 cases） and Group B（36 cases）.Group A was simply treated with medicine,while group B was treated with medicine and psychological care.All indexes of the two groups were analyzed with t-test run by SPSS 10.0 statistics package.Results： CPSI scores for Group A were 13.98±3.63 before the treatment and 12.13±2.56 after the treatment,and IIEF-5 scores were 9.26±3.42 and 14.47±3.75 before and after the treatment.For Group B,CPSI scores were 13.57±3.79 and 12.79± 2.878,and IIEF scores were 64±3.43 and 19.76±3.48 before and after the treatment respectively.Both Group A and B showed significantly improved effects in terms of CPSI and IIEF-5 scores after the treatment（P0.01）.Group B showed no significantly better scores in CPSI（P0.05）,but significantly better scores in IIEF-5（P0.01） than Group A.Conclusion： Sexual dysfunction for chronic prostatitis patients is mainly functional.Medicine can help to improve its symptoms,but combined treatment of medicine and psychological intervention can have better effects than the simple medicine treatment.Psychological intervention is a necessary part in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
