| 摘 要： | 目的探讨耳穴排籽与对压治疗对乳腺癌患者术后睡眠障碍的临床护理效果。方法将60例乳腺癌术后有睡眠障碍的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用镇静安眠药口服治疗,实验组采用耳穴排籽对压法进行干预。结果实验组患者采用耳穴排籽与对压结合治疗术后睡眠障碍的有效率明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对实验组患者采用耳穴"排籽"与"对压"结合治疗乳癌患者术后睡眠障碍,不但有效地改善了患者的睡眠,而且无不良反应,也无依赖性、成瘾性,安全可靠。
