| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理的方法在胃肠术后胃肠减压护理中的效果。方法将105例患者按入院顺序间隔分为观察组55例和对照组50例,观察组采用循征护理的方法,对照组采用一般护理措施,观察护理效果。结果观察组有效率为95%,对照组有效率为70%。观察组的有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理方法在胃肠术后胃肠减压的应用中可取得满意效果。
