| 摘 要： | 目的评价黄连素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 62例2型糖尿病的患者随机分为2组:试验组32例,对照组30例。试验组给予黄连素治疗,对照组仅给予胰岛素控制血糖。2周后复查两组患者临床症状。结果试验组32例患者中显效12例,有效18例,无效2例,有效率为93.75%;对照组30例患者中显效8例,有效15例,无效7例,有效率为76.67%。试验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄连素治疗2型糖尿病具有良好的临床疗效,临床上有使用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect on type 2 diabetes treated by Berberine.Methods Sixty-two cases diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups,in which 32 cases in experimental group were treated with Berberine and 30 cases in control group with insulin only for controlling blood sugar.Two weeks later,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were reviewed.Results Twelve cases from 32 patients in experimental group were excellent,18 cases were improved,and total effective rate was 93... |
