| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗药物中毒的护理。方法对78例药物中毒的临床料进行总结。结果经催吐、洗胃、导泻、吸附、血流灌注等的综合应用,78例患者治愈77例,死亡1例,有效率98.71%。结论抢救药物中毒成功与否与多方面的治疗护理有关,中西医结合护理可增加抢救的成功率,使患者收益,家属和社会满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss how to nurse patients with drug poisoning by integrating western and traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Clinical data of 78 drug intoxications cases were summarized in this paper.Results By integrating forced vomiting,lavage,guided diarrhea,adsorption and blood perfusion,77 out of 78 patients were cured with only one death.The efficiency rate was 98.71%.Conclusion A successful rescue of drug poisonings is determined by many factors.The integration of western and traditional Chinese me... |
