| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自制中药膏剂消炎Ⅰ号外敷治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎的疗效,以获得最佳的治疗方案。方法 60例胺碘酮所致静脉炎患者,随机分为两组,观察组30例采用自制中药膏剂消炎Ⅰ号外敷;对照组30例采用50%硫酸镁湿敷法,观察两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率66.7%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论自制中药膏剂消炎Ⅰ号外敷可有效的治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎。
