| 摘 要： | 目的总结腹腔镜辅助胃癌D2根治术围手术期的护理措施。方法回顾性分析152例腹腔镜辅助胃癌D2根治术患者围手术期的护理。护理要点包括术前护理,术后心电监护,胃管、鼻肠管的护理,腹腔内出血的观察与护理,吻合口漏、十二指肠残端漏的观察与护理和疼痛的护理。结果 151例手术获成功,手术时间(213±53)min,术中出血(120±60)mL,术后住院(9.5±2.0)d。其中,术中出血、中转开腹1例,十二指肠残端漏1例,吻合口出血1例。结论围手术期的护理能对术后并发症起到早发现、早诊断、早治疗的作用,有利于患者的顺利康复。
