| 摘 要： | 目的研究沙利度胺在晚期癌症患者中的辅助治疗作用。方法将已有病理确诊的63例晚期癌症患者随机分配至治疗组(n=31)与对照组(n=32)。治疗组患者予以沙利度胺联合化疗,对照组患者单纯予以化疗。观察两组的有效率及副反应。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别是54.8%与31.2%,2组间的有效率具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。2组间的副反应无统计学差异。结论在晚期癌症的治疗中采用沙利度胺联合化疗不但能提高疗效,而且并不增加化疗的不良反应。
