天花粉联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的观察天花粉联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法将2008年7月~2010年12月符合药物保守治疗的90例异位妊娠患者随机分成两组,治疗组45例给予肌内注射天花粉1.2 mg,第2天口服米非司酮50 mg,每日2次,连续3 d;对照组45例给予肌内注射天花粉1.8 mg。比较两组治疗的有效率、人绒毛膜促性腺激素()水平、腹部B超观察包块缩小情况、患者住院天数及不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为91.11%,略低于对照组95.56%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组平均住院天数及包块缩小>50%天数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论天花粉联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效好,不良反应少,可作为药物保、守性治疗异位妊娠的有效方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Trichosanthin combined with Mifepristone on treating of ectopic pregnancy.Methods From July 2008 to December 2010,there were 90 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated by conservative treatment of drug.They were randomly divided into two groups,the study group(45 cases) were administrated intramuscular injection of Trichosanthin 1.2 mg,and oral Mifepristone 50 mg,2 times/day for 3 days from the second day; control group(45 cases) were given intramuscular injection of Trichosanthin 1.8 mg.Efficiency of treatment were compared,the degression of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),the decrease of the pelvic mass on ultrasonograph,hospital days and side effects.Results The effective ratio of the study group was 91.11%,lower than the control group which was 95.56%,but no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Otherwise,the mean length of hospital stay and the mass reduced>50%of the number of days have significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Trichosanthin combined with Mifepristone is effective treatment of ectopic pregnancy with fewer side effects,which can be used as conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy,and worthy of promotion.
