| 摘 要： | 目的比较XELOX方案与DF方案对老年患者晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 46例晚期胃癌老年患者随机分为XELOX组和DF组。所有病例治疗4周期以上,按WHO标准进行评价并比较两组近期疗效及毒副反应。结果 XELOX组总有效率52.2%,DF组总有效率47.8%;两组总有效率差异无统计学意义;XELOX组手足综合征的发生率显著高于DF组（P〈0.05）,骨髓抑制的发生率显著低于DF组（P〈0.05）,其他各项常见副反应均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 XELOX方案和DF方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效相当,主要毒副反应不同,均可耐受;XELOX方案可能更易为老年患者所接受。 |
