振动式物理治疗仪在食管癌术后应用的护理体会

目的探讨振动式物理治疗仪（以下简称振动排痰机）对食管癌术后患者的协助排痰效果。方法按随机对照临床试验原则将患者分为2组,A组采用氧气雾化吸入＋传统的手叩背排痰,B组采用氧气雾化吸入＋振动排痰机排痰。观察2组术后2周排痰情况、SpO 2、体温及血常规恢复至正常范围的天数。结果 B组排痰情况、体温及血常规、SpO 2变化等较A组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论使用氧气雾化吸入＋振动排痰机排痰效果优于氧气雾化吸入＋传统手叩背排痰。

Nusring experience of vibration sputum elimination apparatus in patients after eopheagectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of vibration？sputum elimination apparatus in patients after esopheagectomy.Methods The patients after esopheagectomy were devided into A group and B group.A group were treated with oxygen inahation and knock expectoration,the control group were treated with oxygen inahation and vibration sputum elimination apparatus.The changes of sputum volume,body temperature,blood routine test and SpO2 were observed.Results The sputum volume,body temperature,blood routine test and SpO2 changes of B group has significant difference compared with a group（P0.05）.Conclusion Vibration sputum elimination apparatus had significant effect in assisting expectoration in patients after esopheagectomy.
