康复新液浓度配比治疗慢性结直肠炎的疗效观察和护理

目的观察康复新液浓度配比直肠滴灌治疗慢性结直肠炎的疗效。方法对入院确诊为慢性结直肠炎的住院患者90例,随机分入A、B、C 3组各30例。A组采用康复新原液50 mL,B组采用康复新液50 mL+生理盐水50 mL,C组采用康复新液30 mL+生理盐水60 mL直肠滴灌。结果 A组患者8例无明显腹痛,症状、体征明显改善,22例均表现灌肠后腹痛明显症状,体征无改善;B组患者15例无明显腹痛,症状、体征明显改善,15例均表现灌肠后轻度腹痛,症状、体征稍有改善;C组患者灌肠后无明显腹痛,症状、体征明显改善。结论康复新液在行直肠滴灌时浓度配比很重要,1:2浓度为最佳方案,总液体量控制在100 mL效佳。

Observation of the clinical effect and nursing of different concentration ratio of Kangfuxin fluid treating chronic colitis and proctitis
