| 摘 要： | 目的探讨规范运用预防套餐对预防ICU患者发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响。方法将256例机械通气患者分为干预组与对照组。对照组按常规护理,干预组严格按照预防套餐进行气道护理,比较两组呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的发生率及机械通气时间。结果干预组发生VAP 13例(10.16%),对照组发生VAP30例(23.44%),干预组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。机械通气时间:干预组为(137.56±85.97)h,对照组为(179.93±86.39)h,干预组较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论运用预防套餐有助于缩短机械通气时间和降低VAP发生率。
