| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨医患纠纷的常见原因及防范措施和成为减少医患纠纷的措施,促进医院发展.方法:根据当前我院医患纠纷的现状:从2008年1月～2008年12月,58632人次住院患者发生的83起医患纠纷.发生率0.14%,分析发生医患纠纷的原因.结果:纠纷中13起予以经济赔偿,70起经协商解决,个别纠纷对医院产生负面影响.结论:切实落实各项宪章制度,建立和完善医患沟通制度、不断提高医疗护理质量和改善服务态度是防范和减少医疗纠纷的根本所在.
