| 摘 要： | 目的比较治疗前良、恶性胸腔积液中VEGF、IL-8水平,研究恩度胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的客观疗效。方法选取60例胸腔积液患者,分为肺癌组40例,良性病变组20例,治疗前分别检测胸水VEGF和IL-8水平。良性病变组予抗感染治疗后胸水吸收;肺癌组予恩度胸腔灌注治疗,治疗后行胸水VEGF及IL-8含量测定。结果治疗前肺癌组胸水VEGF与IL-8水平显著高于良性病变组(P<0.01)。肺癌组恩度治疗后较治疗前胸水VEGF与IL-8水平显著下降(P<0.01),其中完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)3例,稳定(SD)30例,和进展(PD)5例,疾病控制率87.5%。结论恩度胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液是一种安全、可行的手段,有较好的近期疗效,为恶性胸腔积液的综合治疗提供了种新的思路,值得进一步研究。
