益康灵胶囊降脂减肥效果的动物实验研究

目的：研究益康灵胶囊对大鼠的降脂减肥作用。方法：建立SD大鼠高脂动物模型,以脂必妥为阳性对照,分别于实验前、高脂动物模型制作成功后、用药30天及用药60天时检测大鼠血清TC、TG及体重的变化。结果：用药30天时脂必妥组及益康灵组TC及TG均明显低于高脂组P〈0.05,且益康灵组与脂必妥组之间TC值无明显差别P〉0.05,而益康灵组TG值则明显低于脂必妥组;用药60天时各组TC、TG值无明显差异;用药30天时,脂必妥组及益康灵组大鼠体重均明显低于高脂组,用药60天时两用药组大鼠体重均明显低于正常对照组及高脂组,且益康灵组明显低于脂必妥组。结论：益康灵有明显的降低大鼠TC、TG及减轻体重的作用,其中降低TG及体重的效果优于脂必妥,而降低TC的作用与脂必妥相当。

Experimental study the effects of Yikangling capsules on subduing fat And anti-obesity in rats

Objective:To investigate the effects of Yikangling in subduing fat and anti-obesity.Methods:Hyperlipidemic SD rat models were used.The Zhibituo was used as a positive control.The serum levels of cholesterin(TC),triglyceride(TG) and the weight of rat were examined at 30 days and 60 days after medicines were administered,comparing with those before the experiment and hyperlipemia animal model building.Results: There was significant decrease of TC and TG in both groups of Yikangling and Zhibituo after 30 days,compared with hyperlipidemic groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two medicine groups for TC,but not for TG(P<0.05).TG level in Yikangling groups was lower than that in Zhibituo groups.There was no difference of TC and TG between the two groups after 60 days.The body weight of the rat that treated with Yikangling and Zhibituo was reduced more than that in hyperlipidemic groups after 30 and 60 days.Furthermore,the body weight of the rat treated with Yikangling was less than those treated with Zhibituo(P<0.05).Conclusions: Yikangling capsules could significantly lower TC,TG and body weight of the rat.The TG and body weight reducing effect of Yikangling outweighed Zhibituo,while there was no difference in reducing TC between the two medicines.
