宫颈炎支原体感染及药敏分析

目的探讨宫颈炎患者宫颈分泌物支原体感染及对12种抗生素药物的敏感情况,指导临床合理用药、提高治疗效果.方法经数码电子阴道镜检查确诊为宫颈炎患者320例,取宫颈分泌物进行支原体培养及药敏试验.结果 320例宫颈炎患者标本中,支原体阳性者158例,阳性率为49.4%.其中解脲支原体（UU）感染者137例,阳性率为42.8%,占阳性总数的86.7%;人型支原体（MH）感染者5例,阳性率为1.6%,占阳性总数的3.2%;UU和MH混合感染者16例,阳性率为5.0%,占阳性总数的10.1%.UU、MH、UU＋MH三种感染模式均对交沙霉素（JOS）、美满霉素（MIN）、强力霉素（DOX）、克拉霉素（CLA）敏感;对罗红霉素（ROX）、阿奇霉素（AZ）I中度敏感;而对诺氟沙星（NOR）、氧氟沙星（OFL）、四环素（TET）、红霉素（ERY）、司帕沙星（SPA）、左氧氟沙星（LEV）有较高耐药性.结论宫颈炎患者支原体感染率较高,以UU感染为主要病原体.交沙霉素、美满霉素、强力霉素、克拉霉素可作为临床治疗支原体感染的首选药物.

Mycoplasma Infection and Antibiotic Sensitivity Analysis in Patients with Cervicitis

Objective To explore mycoplasma infection and 12 kinds of antibiotics sensitivity in cervical secretions of patients with cervicitis,so as to guide clinical rational drug use and improve the therapeutic effect.Method Mycoplasma cultivation and antibiotic sensitivity tests were conducted in the cervical secretions of 320 patients with cervicitis diagnosed with digital electronic vaginal endoscopy.Results There were 158 mycoplasma positive patients（49.4%）in 320 cervicitis patients.Among the 158 mycoplasma positive patients,there were 137 cases（42.8%）with urease mycoplasma（UU）infection,accounting for 86.7%,5 cases with mycoplasma（MH）infection,accounting for 1.6%,and 16 cases（5.0%）with mixed infection of MH and UU,accounting for 10.1%.UU,MH,and UU ＋ MH infections were sensitive to JOS,MIN,DOX,and CLA,moderately sensitive to ROX and AZI,and resistant to NOR,OFL,TET,ERY,SPA,and LEV.Conclusions The infection rate of mycoplasma is higher in cervicitis patients,and the major pathogen is UU.JOS,MIN,DOX,and CLA can be used as the first-line antibiotics for mycoplasma infection.
