幼儿腭裂整复术后松弛切口两种处理方法的疗效观察

目的研究幼儿腭裂整复术后松弛切口填塞碘仿纱条及裸露切口两种不同的处理方法对惠儿术后的影响。方法选择我科自2000-2006年共收治幼儿腭裂患者68例，分为两组：填塞碘仿纱条组（A组）34例，裸露切口组（B组）34例，临床观察两组惠儿术后体温、体重变化，创面愈合，饮食及并发症的情况。结果两组患儿均未出现创面穿孔、出血等并发症；但填塞碘仿纱条组较裸露切口组术后持续低热时间长，P〈0．05；体重平均下降率明显高于裸露切口组，P〈0．05；创面愈合时间迟于裸露切口组P〈0．05；恢复正常饮食时间长。结论幼儿腭裂整复术后，裸露松弛切口明显有利于患儿术后恢复。

The observation of two managements of relief incision in infants'' palatoplasty

Objective To study the influence of two different managements of relief incision(with or without iodoform gauze) in infants' palatoplasty. Methods 68 patients who suffered cleft palate hospitalized in our department were observed and divided into 2 groups: group A,(those receiving relief incision palatoplasty with iodoform gauze) 34 cases,group B(those receiving relief incision palatoplasty without iodoform gauze) 34 cases.In both groups,temperature,changes of weight,the concrescence of the wound,the diet,and complications were observed.Results Perforation of wound and haemorrhage were found in neither group,patients in group A seem to be in the state of a persistent low fever for a longer time than those in group B,P<0.05,weight loss in group A is more obvious than in group B,P<0.05,concrescence of the wound was delayed in group A,P<0.05,patients in group A take a longer time to resume normal diet.Conclusions The relief incision without iodoform gauze in infants' palatoplasty is more beneficial to the patients.
