护理部在推进护理学科建设中的实践

目的:探索护理部在推进医院护理学科建设中的策略。方法:①严格护理质量控制,提高临床护理服务质量;②完善人才培养机制,培养高素质护理人才;③健全护理科研体系,深入推进护理科学研究。结果:护理服务质量不断提高,各级各类护士培养取得显著成绩,护理科学研究取得丰硕成果,学科整体优势明显加强。结论:护理部主任在护理管理中,应以科学管理为根本,以人才培养为手段,以创新研究为动力,全面推进学科建设。

A practice to advance the construction of nursing discipline by nursing department

Objective: To explore the strategy taken by director of nursing department during the construction of nursing discipline. Methods: Strengthening nursing quality control to improve the quality of clinical nursing services. Perfecting training system of nurses to cultivate talent nurses. Improving nursing research management system to deepen clinical nursing research. Results: After the above managements, nursing quality was improved continuously, the cultivation of nurses in different levels was well done, great achievements were obtained in nursing research, and the holistic predominance of nursing discipline was strengthened obviously. Conclusion: To improve nursing discipline construction, the director of nursing department should pay more attention to scientific management, cultivation of talent nurses and innovation of research.
