湖北黄石阳新农村常见肠道线虫感染状况调查

目的 为了解当前农村居民线虫感染情况，为今后的防治工作提供理论依据。方法 用饱和盐水漂浮法定性检查蛔虫、钩虫和鞭虫虫卵；采用透明胶纸法检查蛲虫卵。结果 本次检查居民1244人，居民蛔虫、钩虫和鞭虫的感染率分别为14．31％、24．28％和2．97％；其中蛔虫和鞭虫感染率以〈7岁年龄组最高（26．32％和7．37％），钩虫感染率以41～50年龄组最高（36．22％）。检查小学生1032人，蛲虫感染率为18．51％。结论 黄石阳新农村线虫（特别是钩虫）流行仍十分严重，今后的防治工作应以降低钩虫感染为重点。

Studies on Nematode Infection in Rural Areas of Yangxin County of Hubei Province

Objective To access the epidemic situation of nematode infection in residents of rural areas, and to provide the basis for establishing measures of prevention and treatments. Methods The eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides, hookworm and Trichuris trichiura were detected qualitatively with the saturation salt floating method. The egg of Enterobius vermicularis was detected with method of cellophane paper. Results Of 1 224 residents, the rate of Ascaris lumbricoides, hookworm and Trichuris trichiura infection were 14.31%, 24.28% and 2.97%, respectively. Patients of age under 7 had the highest infection rate of Ascaris lumbricoides and Trichuris trichiura (26.32% and 7.37%), while patients of age between 41 to 50 had the highest infection rate of hookworm(36.22%). The infection rate of Enterobius vermicularis was 18.51% in 1 032 pupils. Conclusion The prevalence of nematode infection, especially hookworm was still serious in the rural areas of Yangxin. In the future, prevention and control of nematode infection should concentrate on reducing the infection rate of hookworm.
